Mitsubishi SH-60J Seahawk[]

Used to drop sonar into Tokyo Bay. Godzilla surfaces directly in front of it, terrifying the pilots. it disappears during the jet assault, so presumably Godzilla destroyed it. Represented by a model (save for the shot of the pilots reacting).

Modified Mitsubishi F-1[]

The Japanese air force attacks Godzilla in Tokyo Bay with these in time-honored fashion. He destroys a few of them with his fiery nuclear breath. Save for cockpit shots featuring the pilots, they're represented by models with fictionnal canard plan.

Aérospatiale SA 316/319 Alouette III[]

News helicopter which Godzilla blasts with his atomic breath. It falls onto a car-littered freeway, setting off a chain reaction of explosions. Represented by a model only.

Flies Goro to Dr. Hayashida's building, and later is seen flying Goro and Naoko out to the volcano.
